When I Hit My Breaking Point
Last year, I reached a point where I couldn’t take it anymore.
I was doing everything right:
- Eating healthy.
- Spending a fortune on supplements
- Trying every so-called “miracle shampoo.”
And yet… every morning, the mirror showed me the same thing: thin, flat, lifeless hair.
My part looked wider each week.
My hair clung flat to my head.
