We want you to feel completely confident when trying Fyne. That's why we offer a clear and transparent Refund Policy, including our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee for qualifying orders.

90-Day Money-Back Guarantee Eligibility Our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee is exclusively available to customers who purchase at least a 3-Month Supply of Arctic Bladder Control. Purchases of single bottles or other non-qualifying packages are not eligible.

Usage Requirements To qualify, customers must use Fyne consistently for at least 90 days, taking a minimum of 2 capsules per day.

Initiating a Refund Request

  1. Email support@fynesupplements.com with your order number.
  2. Briefly explain your experience with Fyne and the reason for your refund request.

Our team will review your submission and respond within a few business days.

Returns Outside the 90-Day Guarantee Customers wishing to return non-qualifying products may request a return subject to our approval. To be eligible: products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, and requests must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Restocking Fee A 15% restocking fee applies to returns outside the 90-Day Guarantee. This fee may be waived if the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items Contact support@fynesupplements.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will cover return shipping and provide a replacement or full refund.

Non-Returnable Items Opened or used bottles are non-returnable outside of the 90-Day Guarantee.
