ORDERS & SHIPPING

How long will it take to receive my order?

Processing time: 1–3 business days
US/UK delivery: 3–9 business days after dispatch
Canada, Australia, New Zealand: 7–16 business days after dispatch Tracking: You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships

Where do you ship from? US orders ship from our facility in the United States. International orders ship from Hong Kong.

Do you ship internationally? We ship to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, Spain and New Zealand. We do not ship to any other countries at this time.

My tracking says "Delivered" but I haven't received it. What should I do? Please allow 24 hours — carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered slightly early. If it still hasn't arrived, contact us at support@fynesupplements.com and we'll help you file a claim.


RETURNS & REFUNDS

How does your 90-day money-back guarantee work? If you're not satisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase within 90 days of the order date. Email us at support@fynesupplements.com to get started. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Can I return an opened bottle? Yes. If you try the product and it isn't right for you, you can still return it under our 90-day guarantee. Contact support for instructions on how to safely package opened items.

How long do refunds take? We process your refund within 10 days of receiving your return. Allow an additional 3–5 business days for your bank to post it to your account.


PRODUCT QUALITY & SAFETY

Are your products third-party tested? Yes. Every batch is tested by a third party for label accuracy, heavy metals, and contaminants. To request a certificate of analysis, email support@fynesupplements.com.

Can I take Fyne with my current medication? Our ingredients are natural, but they can interact with certain prescriptions. We recommend consulting your healthcare provider before starting, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, or have a known medical condition.


BILLING & PAYMENT

What payment methods do you accept? We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Paypal and Google Pay. All transactions are encrypted and secure.

Why was my payment declined? This usually happens due to an incorrect billing address or a bank security flag. Make sure your billing address matches exactly what your bank has on file. If the issue continues, try a different payment method or contact your bank directly.
